In this experiential workshop, Rick Jarow explores how your organization can more clearly reflect a larger sense of calling instead of short-term opportunity. You are taken through a step-by-step process of assessment, envisioning, and restructuring so that your organization or department can reflect its members’ deepest sense of integrity passion and purpose, as it moves toward sustainability and a heart-centered ethos of prosperity.

Drawing from his background in the academy, career-counseling, small business, and years of experience with shamans and healers, Rick works with you to transform your ideals into a plan of action, to develop and ongoing practice of “visioning,” and to generate the motivation, discipline, and accountability necessary to develop the potential of your organization.
